Defination of Apostille:
Apostille is a French word and it is pronounced as "Aah-pos-tille" (ापोस्टिले ) which means re-Attestation. Apostille is an international agreement outlined by the Hague Conference on Private International Law. It was signed on 5th October 1961 in Netherlands. Apostille certify the authenticity as well as confirm the origin of foreign public Document. "Apostille" एक फ्रांसीसी शब्द है और इसे "आह-पोस-टाइल" (aposthil) के रूप में उच्चारित किया जाता है जिसका अर्थ है पुन: सत्यापन। "Apostille" ंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून पर हेग सम्मेलन द्वारा उल्लिखित एक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समझौता है। यह नीदरलैंड में 5 अक्टूबर 1961 को हस्ताक्षर किया गया था। "Apostille" प्रामाणिकता प्रमाणित करने के साथ-साथ विदेशी सार्वजनिक दस्तावेज़ की उत्पत्ति की पुष्टि करता है। The following Countries are the Member of Hague Convention simply Hague Conventional Country. If someone is planning to go anyone of the following mentioned Country for Higher Study or better Job purpose then their personal Documents like Degree, Diploma, Experience, Birth, Marriage, PCC Certificate needs to be Apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India.
